Following an earlier post about the difficulty of signing up for the Apple Developer Program, most of the issues have been resolved within the required time frame.

Level 3 members can now get exclusive access to iOS applications through Apple's Test Flight programme. An invitation and the Test Flight app are needed to install and update the applications. You can provide feedback on the applications, though there is no requirement to do so.
