How to identify an organisation’s training needs

Identifying training needs is the starting point of the training process. Yet this is often one of the last steps to be considered seriously because a proper needs analysis is difficult and time-consuming.

Initially, it might be quicker and easier to forget needs analysis and have your customers pick and choose from a catalogue, but this will ultimately lead to frustration and inefficiency.
